Installation Services will be as set out in the Quote and may include menu and product configuration (in accordance with any maximum number of items), installation of the Software on the Hardware, on-premises technical support on the Go Live Date and urgent Installation Services (for installations that need to take place earlier than 10 Business Days after the Commencement Date). Based on the type of Installation Services set out in the Quote, we will provide Installation Services either:

• In person, by sending our Personnel to the Premises; or
• Remotely.

Training will be as set out in the Quote and means the training of your Authorised Users to assist them to use the Software and Hardware. Based on the type of Training set out in the Quote, we will provide the Training:

• In person, by sending our Personnel to the Premises; or
• Via email, online meeting or telephone.

Updates: Refers to modifications or improvements made to the current version of the POS software to enhance functionality, address bugs, or improve security.
Upgrades: Denotes the release of a new version of the POS software, incorporating significant enhancements, new features, and improvements.
Eligibility: a. Customers with an active and valid license for the POS software are eligible to receive updates and upgrades. b. Updates are provided free of charge, while upgrades may be subject to additional fees unless otherwise specified.

The Software and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Software, except as necessary for your own internal business use.

We may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, pixels, advertising identifiers, and similar technology ("Cookies") to collect anonymize information about your device on either an automated basis or passive basis when you browse our site.
